Product Returns & Refunds

Not what you expected? No problem.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will happily exchange the product or refund your money.

In order to accept returns, products must be:

  • Purchased directly from
  • Unused
  • Within 45 days of purchase date
  • In the original box and/or packaging

Note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that were not purchased directly from us. Products should be returned to the store where they were originally purchased.


A refund credit will be applied to your credit card after we receive the returned products. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact Customer Service at 1-888-629-4842 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT) or email us before 11 a.m. CT on the day you placed your order.

We make every effort to cancel your order. However, cancellation may not be possible once it has been shipped.
